Robert Banzuly

Robert BanzulyI am a 1958 graduate of Northwestern University Law School.   I now practice as an employee's lawyer.   I have practiced as a corporate attorney, trial attorney, and general practitioner.   My experience has led me to believe that, for most clients in most cases, the court system is too uncertain, too slow, and far too expensive to be practical.   I prefer to negotiate for clients.   They generally find that this process is quicker, cheaper, and keeps thing more within their control.   I am licensed to practice law in Illinois and in Florida and serve as a part-time arbitrator for the Cook County (Illinois) Circuit Court.
Elizabeth Golden

Elizabeth GoldenI graduated from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 2002. While a student there I developed an interest in the issues faced by people in the workplace. After college I attended Cornell Law School where I continued to study labor and employment law and developed practical skills through my work at the Cornell Legal Aid Clinic and a summer position at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago. After graduating from law school in 2005, I lived in New York City where I practiced law with an employment law firm until moving back to Chicago in 2007. I am admitted to practice law in New York (since 2006) and Illinois (since 2007).
