I am a 1958 graduate of Northwestern
University Law School. I now practice as an employee's lawyer. I
have practiced as a corporate attorney, trial attorney, and general
practitioner. My experience has led me to believe that,
for most clients in most cases, the court system is too uncertain,
too slow, and far too expensive to be practical. I prefer
to negotiate for clients. They generally find that this
process is quicker, cheaper, and keeps thing more within their
control. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois and in
Florida and serve as a part-time arbitrator for the Cook County
(Illinois) Circuit Court.
In January, 2008 my daughter, Elizabeth Golden, joined me in the practice of law. We now work together as Banzuly & Golden LLP, advising and representing employees.
